The Process
Send us your date, group size, and where you want to run it. We respond within 24 hours and tell you straight away whether the format fits your space and timeline.
We send an itemized proposal and we build the menu with you — classics, seasonal, or something tied to your brand. Every cocktail has a full mocktail version so nobody is left out. You get an exact shopping list for the spirits.
We arrive early, build every station, run the class, and break everything down. Your only job is to show up. We leave the room exactly as we found it.
